Day 11 (did u even read day 10??) lol xo

Affirmation: so i am more than lucky that i am in love with my best friend - i am blessed! But what is even more blessed is the man i am in love with is an incredible friend to others as well!  My mom always told me to find out a mans character don't look at how he treats you look at how he is to other people - look at the kind of friend he is to them. You have such a soft, caring, loving heart. You really love other people, you want to build them up, you want to pray for them, and you care so deeply about them. It really touches me. It makes me want to be softer, and kinder, and sweeter, and more vulnerable. Tonight when you wanted to pray for our friend, i was just so overwhelmed by who you are and what an incredible man of God you are. You have learned to be a friend from Jesus and it so apparent to those who have the privilege to call you friend. I cannot believe that not only do i get to call you my friend, but i call you my best friend and the man i love... now that's a real blessing... my mom was right because you are a man of incredible character!!!!

Prayer: health, an end to your mysterious pain. renewed energy for a new week. rest. that god would continue to bring amazing friends into your life in this season, friends that make you feel comfortable even outside your culture. friends who love you the way you love them. That i will be a better friend to you with a softer heart. That you will be a constant friend to Jesus first and out of that that you would love the rest of us even better. A sense of home in this culture.

Encouragement: John 15:15 As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Now remain in my love. If you keep my commands, you will remain in my love, just as I have kept my Father’s commands and remain in his love. I have told you this so that my joy may be in you and that your joy may be complete. My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you. I no longer call you servant, because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything i learned from my father I have made known to you. You did not choose me, but i chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit-- fruit that will last. Then the father will give you whatever you ask in my name. This is my command: love each other. 

Inspiration: A good friend will laugh when you laugh, cry when you cry, pray for you when you can't – and love you with the love of Christ always!!!!
