Day 10

------

Affirmation: You work ridiculously hard. Like crazy stupid messed up in the head unnormal people hard. Because you are a perfectionist you don't see it though, because you are a procrastinator you always feel guilty about it. But as someone who has sat by your side for the last year watching you do it I can tell you that you work ridiculously hard. You are also naturally quite clever which helps, but I am proud of what you do. I know for a lot of people with a strong work ethic the things that matter most i.e. relationships faith love etc. will always be at the mercy of things that matter least i.e. success jobs work, and I know part of the problem of this year was that those things became the most important. But what I love about you, and what makes me know I want to have you as my husband the father of my children is that above all you know where your priorities lie and you are will not stop fighting to keep those things first. I know we are re-orienting right now and I complain about not always feel special, but I know about you that you know what you want to be first in your life and you are choosing those things and I know we will get there. You are a special man and I am lucky to have someone as smart and hardworking and rightly ordered prioritized as you!
------
Prayer: healing, health, no more mystery pain. That you learn to prioritize well. That the priorities become clear. That we can learn to love each other more and treat each other in a way that makes the other know how special and what a priority they are. That your new week will bring you new life.
------
Encouragement: Colossians 3:2 Set your minds on things that are above, not on things that are on earth.
---Luke 10:38-42 Now as they went on their way, Jesus entered a village. And a woman named Martha welcomed him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who sat at the Lord's feet and listened to his teaching. But Martha was distracted with much serving. And she went up to him and said, “Lord, do you not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Tell her then to help me.” But the Lord answered her, “Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things, but one thing is necessary. Mary has chosen the good portion, which will not be taken away from her.”
--- 1 Corinthians 13:2 If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.

------
Inspiration: Don't be afraid to fail rather be afraid to succeed at things that don't matter.
